本隱私權政策說明「AI 法律助手」(以下簡稱「本應用程式」)如何收集、使用及保護您的資訊。本應用程式是一款利用人工智慧技術提供台灣法律資訊參考的行動應用程式。

1. 我們收集的資訊
1.1 帳戶資訊
當您使用本應用程式時,我們可能收集:
- 匿名登入:系統會自動產生一組匿名使用者 ID,不涉及任何個人資訊。
- Google 登入:您的 Google 帳戶電子郵件地址及基本個人檔案資訊。
- Apple 登入:您的 Apple ID 相關資訊(可選擇隱藏電子郵件)。
1.2 對話資料
當您使用法律諮詢功能時,我們會收集:
- 您輸入的法律問題內容。
- AI 生成的回覆內容。
- 對話紀錄(儲存於您的帳戶下)。
這些資料僅用於提供服務及改善 AI 回覆品質,不會用於其他目的。
1.3 使用量資料
我們會追蹤:
- 每日提問次數(用於免費方案使用限制)。
- 每月使用量統計。
1.4 廣告相關資料
為了提供廣告服務,我們及廣告合作夥伴可能收集:
- 廣告識別碼(iOS 的 IDFA、Android 的 AAID)。
- 一般裝置資訊及應用程式使用模式。
- 概略位置資料(國家或地區層級)。
在 iOS 14.5 以上版本,我們會透過 Apple 的 App Tracking Transparency(ATT)框架徵求您的同意後才存取 IDFA。您可隨時在裝置的「設定」中變更此項授權。

5. 資料儲存與安全
您的資料儲存在 Google Cloud Platform 的伺服器上,採用業界標準的安全措施進行保護。我們實施適當的技術和組織措施,防止您的資訊遭到未經授權的存取、更改或銷毀。但是,透過網際網路傳輸的任何方式都無法保證 100% 安全。
5-1. 個資事故通報
依據中華民國《個人資料保護法》(2025 年修正),若發生可能影響您個人資料安全的事故,我們將:
- 於知悉後依法定時限內,向主管機關(個人資料保護委員會)提出通報。
- 以適當方式(電子郵件或應用程式通知)告知受影響的使用者。
- 說明事故性質、可能影響及我們已採取的應對措施。
若您認為我們對您的個人資料處理有疑慮,您可向個人資料保護委員會(pdpc.gov.tw)提出申訴。

我們不會出售您的個人資訊。我們僅在以下情況下分享您的資料:
- 與上述第三方服務供應商合作以提供服務。

9. 人工智慧透明度
依據《人工智慧基本法》(2026 年 1 月 14 日施行)揭示之透明原則:
- 本應用程式使用 Google Gemini 2.5 Flash AI 模型生成回覆,使用者可清楚知悉回覆係由 AI 生成。
- AI 模型可能存在偏誤或不完整性,請以批判性思維評估回覆內容。
- 本服務依人工智慧基本法七大原則(永續發展、人類自主、隱私保護、資安安全、透明可解釋、公平不歧視、問責)設計與運營。
10. 兒童隱私
本應用程式不針對 13 歲以下的兒童。我們不會故意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資訊。如果我們發現已收集此類資訊,將立即刪除。

我們可能隨時更新本隱私權政策。任何變更將在本頁面上發布,並更新「最後更新日期」。繼續使用本應用程式即表示您接受更新後的隱私權政策。

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you use the App, we may collect:
- Anonymous Login: The system automatically generates an anonymous user ID that does not involve any personal information.
- Google Sign-In: Your Google account email address and basic profile information.
- Apple Sign-In: Information related to your Apple ID (you may choose to hide your email).
1.2 Conversation Data
When you use the legal consultation feature, we collect:
- The legal questions you submit.
- AI-generated responses.
- Conversation history (stored under your account).
This data is used solely to provide the service and improve AI response quality, and will not be used for other purposes.
1.3 Usage Data
We track:
- Daily question count (for free plan usage limits).
- Monthly usage statistics.
1.4 Advertising Data
To provide advertising services, we and our advertising partners may collect:
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android).
- General device information and app usage patterns.
- Approximate location data (country or region level).
On iOS 14.5+, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing the IDFA. You can change this at any time in your device's Settings.

5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform servers and protected using industry-standard security measures. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5-1. Data Breach Notification
In accordance with the Republic of China Personal Data Protection Act (2025 Amendment), if an incident occurs that may affect the security of your personal data, we will:
- Report the incident to the competent authority (Personal Data Protection Commission) within the legally prescribed timeframe upon becoming aware of it.
- Notify affected users through appropriate channels (email or in-app notification).
- Explain the nature of the incident, potential impacts, and remedial measures taken.
If you have concerns about how we process your personal data, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (pdpc.gov.tw).

9. AI Transparency
In accordance with the transparency principles of the Artificial Intelligence Basic Act (effective January 14, 2026):
- This App uses the Google Gemini 2.5 Flash AI model to generate responses. Users are clearly informed that responses are AI-generated.
- AI models may contain biases or inaccuracies. Please evaluate responses critically.
- This service is designed and operated in accordance with the seven principles of the AI Basic Act: sustainable development, human autonomy, privacy protection, information security, transparency and explainability, fairness and non-discrimination, and accountability.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
