App Name: Crisis — Live World News Map

By downloading, installing, or using Crisis ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Crisis is a geopolitical intelligence dashboard that aggregates publicly available news from third-party sources and displays them on an interactive world map. The App provides threat-level scoring, timeline views, and filtering capabilities.

2. Content Disclaimer

Crisis does not produce original news content. All news articles, headlines, and event descriptions are sourced from third-party publishers including but not limited to Al Jazeera, BBC, Reuters, Yahoo Finance, and GDELT. Crisis does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any third-party content.

The threat-level scoring system is algorithmic and based on keyword analysis. It is intended as an informational tool only and should not be relied upon for making security, investment, or life-safety decisions.

3. Map and Territorial Disclaimer

Map tiles and geographical boundaries displayed in Crisis are provided by CARTO and OpenStreetMap. These boundaries are for informational purposes only and may not reflect the official position of any government regarding disputed territories. Crisis does not endorse any political position regarding territorial claims or sovereignty.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 12 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use this App.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• You acknowledge that news content may contain descriptions of armed conflicts, violence, and sensitive geopolitical events.

5. In-App Purchases

Crisis may offer optional premium features via in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly.

6. Intellectual Property

The Crisis app design, user interface, threat-scoring algorithm, and original code are the property of CB Studio. Third-party news content remains the property of its respective publishers. OpenStreetMap data is used under the ODbL license.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crisis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CB Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Inaccuracies in third-party news content.
• Decisions made based on threat-level scores or predictions.
• Service interruptions or data loss.
• Actions of third-party advertisers.

8. Availability

Crisis relies on third-party data sources and services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict of law principles.
