How do I save a link from Threads?

Open the Threads app, tap the share button on any post, then select ThreadMemo from the share sheet. You can add a title, notes, and tags before saving.

Where is my data stored?

All your bookmarks and notes are stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud sync, data is securely stored in the cloud for cross-device access.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) settings. Go to Settings → Subscriptions to manage ThreadMemo Pro.

How do I request account or data deletion?

You can delete all your data directly within the app via Settings → Delete All Data. For cloud account deletion, contact us via email.
