隱私權政策 - Transa AI 翻譯

使用 ML Kit 離線翻譯時,所有處理均在您的裝置本地執行,不傳送任何資料。

2.4 使用分析資料

Privacy Policy - Transa AI Translation

1. Introduction

Transa ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Transa AI translation application. By using the app, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Translation Data

Text, voice input, and images you submit for translation are processed in real-time and are NOT stored on our servers. Translations using cloud-based engines (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Google Cloud Translation, Firebase AI) are sent to the respective third-party APIs for processing according to their privacy policies.

2.2 Offline Translation

When using offline translation with ML Kit, all processing occurs locally on your device. No data is transmitted.

2.3 Account Information

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we collect: email address, display name, and profile photo URL (if provided).

2.4 Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics for Firebase (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data including screen views, feature usage patterns, and crash reports. This data does not identify you personally and helps us improve the app.

2.5 Advertising Identifiers

The free version displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID) for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

2.6 Crash Reports

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and diagnostic data to improve app stability.

2.7 Subscription and Purchase Information

Paid subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat. We do not directly process your payment information; payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. RevenueCat may collect purchase history and subscription status to provide subscription management services.

Firebase and other Google services are primarily hosted on servers in the United States.
