By downloading, installing, or using Trap Master: Stop Them All ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Trap Master is a mobile puzzle game where players place traps to stop enemies from reaching the exit. The App is provided for entertainment purposes and is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. In-App Purchases

• The App offers optional in-app purchases for virtual coins.
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded except as required by applicable law.
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google, as applicable.

4. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is managed by third-party advertising networks and is not controlled by us.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Attempt to circumvent in-app purchase mechanisms

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, sounds, and code in the App are owned by Next Level Games or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Level Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Next Level Games operates.
