Welcome to TrueStamp Timestamp Camera (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This App is developed and operated by ImL1s (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before downloading, installing, or using this App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use this App.

2. Description of Service

This App provides the following services:

Timestamp camera photography features
Watermark style and information editing (location, GPS, notes)
Team project collaboration and cloud album synchronization
Third-party weather information integration
Digital photo signature (anti-tampering mechanism)

Important Notice: The timestamp and location information provided by this App rely on your device sensors and third-party services (such as GPS, NTP servers). We strive to improve accuracy but do not guarantee 100% precision or error-free operation in all environments.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Guest Mode

You can use the basic photography features of this App as a guest. Photos will only be stored locally on your device.

3.2 Account Login

If you choose to log in with a Google or Apple account, you can enjoy the following additional features:

Create or join teams
Cloud project album synchronization
Cross-device access to project data

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately. We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Subscription Plans

This App may offer free versions and paid subscription plans (e.g., TrueStamp Pro):

Free Version: Basic watermark features, contains ads, some advanced styles locked.
Pro Subscription (Monthly/Yearly): Removes ads, unlocks all watermark styles, supports custom logos, unlimited team project quota.

4.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscription fees will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation will take effect after the current cycle ends.

5. Intellectual Property

All content of this App (code, interface design, trademarks) belongs to us. You retain the copyright to the photos you take using this App.

6. Disclaimer

Usage Restrictions:

The anti-tampering digital signature provided by this App is for verification assistance only and is not guaranteed to be accepted as absolute evidence in all legal proceedings.
GPS positioning accuracy is subject to environmental factors (e.g., indoor, high-rise blockage). We are not responsible for losses caused by positioning errors.
Do not use this App while driving or operating dangerous machinery.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following behaviors:

Use this App for any illegal purpose (e.g., forging evidence, infringing on others' privacy)
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this App
Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this App is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages (including but not limited to data loss, business interruption) arising from the use of this App.

9. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time. For cloud synchronization services, we recommend that you regularly back up important photos yourself.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
