歡迎使用「安心雷達」（SaferRadar，以下簡稱「本 App」）。使用本 App 即表示您同意遵守本服務條款（以下簡稱「本條款」）。如果您不同意本條款的任何部分，請勿使用本 App。
2. 服務說明
本 App 提供以下服務：
- 犯罪風險地圖視覺化
- 即時治安事件通知
- 社群事件回報系統
- 安全路線規劃
- 關注地點警報
本 App 僅供參考用途，不應取代官方緊急服務或專業安全建議。
3. 使用者帳戶
3.1 帳戶註冊
- 您必須年滿 13 歲才能註冊帳戶
- 您應提供準確、完整的註冊資訊
- 您有責任維護帳戶安全並對帳戶活動負責
3.2 帳戶終止
- 您可隨時透過 App 內設定刪除帳戶
- 我們保留在您違反本條款時暫停或終止您帳戶的權利
4. 使用者行為規範
在使用本 App 時，您同意不會：
4.1 禁止行為
- ❌ 發布虛假、不實或誤導性的事件回報
- ❌ 散布謠言或未經證實的危言聳聽資訊
- ❌ 未經當事人同意拍攝、上傳他人照片或影片
- ❌ 發布可辨識特定個人身份的指控（如姓名、地址、車牌）
- ❌ 發表誹謗、侮辱、歧視或仇恨言論
- ❌ 騷擾、威脅或霸凌其他使用者
- ❌ 冒充他人或偽稱與任何個人或機構有關聯
- ❌ 利用 App 從事任何非法活動
4.2 法律責任警告
⚠️ 重要提醒
根據中華民國法律：
- 誹謗罪（刑法第 310 條）：意圖散布於眾而指摘足以毀損他人名譽之事者，可處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或罰金
- 散布謠言（社會秩序維護法第 63 條）：散布謠言足以影響公共安寧者，可處三日以下拘留或新臺幣三萬元以下罰鍰
您對您發布的所有內容負完全法律責任。
5. 使用者生成內容
5.1 內容授權
當您在 App 上發布內容時，您授予我們非獨佔、全球性、免費的授權，以使用、複製、修改、發布您的內容，用於提供和改善服務。
5.2 內容所有權
您保留對您創建的內容的所有權。
5.3 內容審核
- 我們保留審核、編輯或移除任何使用者內容的權利
- 被標記的內容可能會被暫時隱藏直到審核完成
- 重複違規者可能會被暫停或永久禁止使用
5.4 可信度標示
- 內容可能被標記為「官方」、「多人回報」或「未驗證」
- 這些標示僅供參考，不構成對內容真實性的保證
6. 免責聲明
6.1 資訊免責
- 本 App 提供的資訊僅供參考，不保證準確、完整或即時
- 實際治安狀況請以警方官方公告為準
- 我們不對因依賴本 App 資訊而造成的任何損失負責
6.2 服務免責
- 本 App 按「現狀」提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保證
- 我們不保證服務不中斷、無錯誤或安全無虞
- 我們不對第三方服務（如地圖提供商）的可用性負責
6.3 使用者內容免責
- 我們不對使用者發布的內容負責
- 使用者內容不代表我們的觀點或立場
7. 責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內：
- 我們對任何間接、附帶、特殊或後果性損害不承擔責任
- 我們的總責任不超過您在過去 12 個月內支付給我們的金額（如為免費用戶則為零）
8. 智慧財產權
- 本 App 的設計、圖示、程式碼和內容均受智慧財產權法保護
- 未經書面授權，您不得複製、修改或散布本 App 的任何部分
- 「安心雷達」及「SaferRadar」為我們的商標
9. 隱私權
您的隱私對我們很重要。請參閱我們的隱私政策了解我們如何收集、使用和保護您的資料。
10. 條款修改
- 我們保留隨時修改本條款的權利
- 重大變更將透過 App 內通知告知
- 繼續使用 App 即表示接受修改後的條款
11. 適用法律與管轄
本條款受中華民國法律管轄。任何爭議應提交台灣台北地方法院管轄。

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SaferRadar (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with
these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms,
please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
The App provides the following services:
- Crime risk map visualization
- Real-time security incident notifications
- Community incident reporting system
- Safe route planning
- Watched location alerts
The App is for reference purposes only and should not replace official emergency services or
professional safety advice.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
- You must be at least 13 years old to register an account
- You should provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and are liable for account activities
3.2 Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
4. User Conduct
When using the App, you agree NOT to:
4.1 Prohibited Behaviors
- ❌ Post false, inaccurate, or misleading incident reports
- ❌ Spread rumors or unverified alarmist information
- ❌ Photograph or upload images/videos of others without their consent
- ❌ Post accusations that identify specific individuals (such as names, addresses, license plates)
- ❌ Make defamatory, insulting, discriminatory, or hateful statements
- ❌ Harass, threaten, or bully other users
- ❌ Impersonate others or falsely claim association with any person or organization
- ❌ Use the App for any illegal activities
4.2 Legal Liability Warning
⚠️ Important Notice
Under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan):
- Defamation (Criminal Code Article 310): Those who point out facts that damage
another's reputation with intent to spread to the public may be sentenced to imprisonment of up to
one year, detention, or a fine
- Spreading Rumors (Social Order Maintenance Act Article 63): Those who spread rumors
sufficient to affect public tranquility may be subject to detention of up to three days or a fine of
up to NT$30,000
You are fully legally responsible for all content you post.
5. User-Generated Content
5.1 Content License
When you post content on the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use,
reproduce, modify, and publish your content for providing and improving services.
5.2 Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create.
5.3 Content Moderation
- We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any user content
- Flagged content may be temporarily hidden until review is complete
- Repeat violators may be suspended or permanently banned
5.4 Credibility Labels
- Content may be labeled as "Official," "Multiple Reports," or "Unverified"
- These labels are for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee of content authenticity
6. Disclaimers
6.1 Information Disclaimer
- Information provided by the App is for reference only, with no guarantee of accuracy,
completeness, or timeliness
- For actual security situations, please refer to official police announcements
- We are not liable for any losses caused by reliance on App information
6.2 Service Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is" with no express or implied warranties
- We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- We are not responsible for the availability of third-party services (such as map providers)
6.3 User Content Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for content posted by users
- User content does not represent our views or positions
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months (zero for free
users)
8. Intellectual Property
- The design, icons, code, and content of the App are protected by intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written authorization
- "安心雷達" and "SaferRadar" are our trademarks
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to
learn how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
- Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications
- Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of the modified Terms
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be submitted to
the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court in Taiwan.
